Many companies take advantage of analytics to make better business decisions but using data effectively can be a daunting task, especially when your needs are always changing. This is why more and more businesses have been choosing to outsource their analytical needs to experts like us.
The terms and conditions found on this page take effect when you use any of our services unless agreed otherwise.
The companies working with EasilyData® will be sharing data and information related to their own business and related projects. EasilyData uses such information in order to provide its services and will sometimes handle personal information. The following Terms of Service apply unless specified otherwise. All exchanges of data will be treated in accordance with GDPR regulations and any personal information will be handled with utmost care.
Description of EasilyData Services
EasilyData (‘we’ or ‘us’) provides two main types of services: ‘Standard Analytics’ and ‘Advanced Analytics’. Details regarding the delivery of the Standard Analytics or Advanced Analytics will be specified in an ordering document between the client and EasilyData (an ‘Order’) and are purchased as set forth in the Order.
The ‘Standard Analytics’ service represents any other service delivered to you or your business affiliates remotely or in-house in order to help your business or to facilitate your use or management of data. This includes any support we offer to you or other agreed affiliates through various communication channels such as email or other platforms that enable us to deliver our service to you. Details regarding the delivery and conditions of the service are provided in an ‘Order’ document shared with the customer the which clarifies the agreed engagement between the parties.
The ‘Advanced Analytics’ service represents any service other than ‘Standard Analytics’ that we provide. The agreed work arrangements are specified in an ‘Order’. The ‘Order’ will detail the terms and conditions of how work is to be undertaken. This service can include specific data projects or other business services related to the use of data. Details regarding the delivery and conditions of the service are provided in an ‘Order’ document shared with the customer which clarifies the agreed engagement between the parties.
Use of Information
For the purposes of the terms described here, “data” includes any files, reports, and any other information given to you or sent by you in connection with the services we provide. Using any of our services means that you agree to the conditions described here.
The data and information being disclosed by any company or individual working with or wishing to work with EasilyData will be treated in confidence and will be kept safe and protected from reaching third parties unless expressly stated. EasilyData will not disclose or share any information with other parties unless prior consent was given with regards to the sharing of that data or information. Data belonging to EasilyData clients is stored by EasilyData temporarily in order to provide the expressly intended service. Such data will not be used for other purposes and will be kept for as little time possible in order to fulfil the business requests and duties of our clients.
EasilyData reserves the right to delete any data or information that it believes is no longer needed to be stored on our servers, platforms, or machines. We perform regular checks to ensure no data is held for longer than necessary. Should you wish for us to remove any information related to you or your business, please let us know using the contact form available on our website and we will comply with your request as soon as possible.
Minimum Age
The site is not intended for use by individuals aged 18 or less. EasilyData encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the websites that their children visit. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18 we will delete that information as soon as practicable.
Privacy Commitment
The security of EasilyData’s clients is very important to us and we aim to work directly with data directly on your servers whenever possible using credentials provided by you. Any data you send to EasilyData directly will be secured onto Google Drives, Airtable, or other cloud-based databases which have built-in security. When necessary, we will manipulate data on our computers which are protected with the latest firewall technologies. Any data we send back to you will be made through cloud database or other secure platforms and no information will be shared with other parties unless specifically requested by the client.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
EasilyData is only permitted to share your personally identifiable information, including your Personal Profile for the following limited circumstances:
EasilyData may use your personal information (such as name, phone number, or email) to contact you or to send you important notifications regarding the services that we provide.
EasilyData may be required to disclose personal information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We may share information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, or to protect our interests, the site, or other users.
In the event that we sell our business, in whole or in part, we may transfer user information in conjunction with such sale.
Use and Disclosure of Information
When necessary, EasilyData may compile information regarding users of the site or services for internal purposes. EasilyData does not sell or share any Personally Identifiable Information obtained from our users to any other outside third party for unknown or unrelated purposes.
The delivery of our services depends on staff availability and we cannot make any guarantees on when a project or task will be completed. We treat all requests with the utmost care and we will inform our customers about any delays or cancellations as soon as possible in order to minimise business disruptions. We will do our best to stay true to our engagements but depending on the nature of your requirements we may decide not to engage with specific requests you make. We also reserve our right to dismiss or interrupt work commitments at any time if we deem them unsuitable with our standards, values, practices, or availability.
Personal Information
When you contact us or when using the site, you provide us with your registration data, such as your name, e-mail address, contact information and company information. This information is kept confidential and only used for the purpose of doing business with you.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property is a very important asset to any company which is why it’s important to clarify how each party can use the information it has. Before any work is undertaken, we aim to ensure that an appropriate agreement is entered into between EasilyData and the client. The agreement will normally state the terms of the engagement, including key terms such as pricing, timeframes, project scope, appropriate indemnities, services and deliverables, our commitments, and a provision which expressly states that the intellectual property in the deliverables and the services will transfer to the client immediately once payment for all the supplied services has been completed.
CONSENT TO PRIVACY STATEMENT
By providing the information requested by the site, or by continuing to use the site after having an opportunity to review the Privacy Statement, you have consented to the terms of the Privacy Statement, and EasilyData’s use of the information it collects as described at the point of collection or in this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to the Privacy Statement, you may not use the site or our services.
EasilyData reserves the right to modify the Privacy Statement at any time. Your use of the site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Privacy Statement as modified. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Privacy Statement whenever you use the site.
SECURITY OF INFORMATION
EasilyData protects your data by keeping it on a secure cloud server and will minimise the retention and storage of data kept on any other platforms. We always ensure no unnecessary personal information is being captured or stored for longer than necessary. As the owner of the data, you are encouraged to keep copies of any files you share with us as we cannot guarantee that the data you send to us will be stored on our servers for any given period. Any data shared with us will be kept as long as we deem necessary and we can delete it at any time for the purpose of maintaining a clean and safe database.
No website or online service can be considered totally safe from intrusion. Any information you send or transfer to EasilyData via websites or other platforms is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold EasilyData blameless from and against any loss, liability, damage, or harm that may arise as a result of your posting or sending any information to us through the channels you agree to use.

This site may contain links to other web sites. Each of these linked web sites maintains its own independent privacy policies. EasilyData does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of those web sites. Disclaimer of Liability
Under no circumstances shall EasilyData be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to or collected as a result of the client using our site or services, even if EasilyData has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ENFORCEMENT
Our services are only meant to be used by our direct clients or the agreed-upon affiliates of those clients specified in the placing of an order with us. If you wish to share our service or resources with external parties you need to request EasilyData’s consent.
